Returns & Refunds
How to return product, report damage, and receive a refund.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Cases that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the affected product and its packaging so that we can process a replacement or refund quickly. Reports received after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Special orders and custom items are non-returnable. Because these products are sourced or produced specifically for your order, they cannot be restocked and are exempt from our standard return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact our team at 818-231-0218 or email info@allchefsupplies.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please do not ship product back to us before receiving authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When a return results from our error, such as an incorrect or damaged item, we cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a prepaid label.
