Where traditional wooden spoons can deteriorate, hold odors and bacteria, and split from heavy use, the Exoglass Kitchen Spatula is comprised of Exoglass, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. Exoglass is high-temperature resistant, non-porous, easy to clean and won’t deteriorate or rust with heavy use. Designed to mimic the ergonomics and comfort of a traditional wooden spoon with enhanced durability and hygiene. Safe for all cookware including non-stick coated pans.
